After the completion of the first round matches forty teams have qualified to the second round of the Under-15 Division I Cricket Tournament.
The 40 teams will be divided into eight groups comprising of five teams in each group.
The first round of matches saw 81 teams divided into 11 groups contesting to book their berth to the second round.
The second round matches will be played on a league basis which will be followed with the pre-quarter, quarter and semi-finals.
Mahanama College (A) Colombo, Royal College (A) Colombo, Wesley College (A) Colombo, Prince of Wales College (A) Moratuwa, President's College (A) Kotte, St. Sebastian's College (A) Moratuwa, St. Joseph's College (A) Colombo, Trinity College (A) Kandy, St. Anthony's College (A) Kandy, St. Thomas College Matara and Richmond College Galle ended the first round campaign as the group champions.
