The visiting Bangladesh Under-19s bounced back with a 39-run win against Sri Lanka Under-19s in the 3rd Youth ODI played at the R. Premadasa Cricket Stadium in Colombo on Thursday (22). However Sri Lanka still lead the series 2-1. Bangladesh deciding to bat first made 251-6 and bowled out Sri Lanka for 212 runs with 16 deliveries to spare. The visitors made use of their spinners to contain Sri Lanka with skipper Hasan Mirza and Saha Dip claiming three wickets each. Sri Lanka skipper Charith Asalanka, who is in perfect form, continued his prowess with the bat and top scored with 83 runs off 102 deliveries inclusive of five fours and a six. For Bangladesh top scored with an elegant knock of 75 runs. The fourth Youth ODIs will be played on Saturday (24) at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.
