Kingswood College stunned favourites Trinity College, winning the Milo President' Cup Knockout Championship quarterfinal match by 24-15 at Nittawela on Sunday (17).
At halftime the winners were in the lead by 14-8 and maintained their strength to finish off in style.
They scored from four tries and two conversions.
Trinity scored from two tries, a conversion and a penalty.
Kingswood will take on St. Joseph’s College in the semi-final match of the competition at the Sugathadasa Stadium on Saturday (23).
