Royal College put up a stupendous performance to defeat Trinity College 39-7 in the first leg of the 74th Bradby Shield encounter at the Royal College Sports Complex in Colombo today (21).
Royal led the halftime 19-0 after completely dominating the visitors, who were made to sweat in a game that also comes under the Singer Schools League Rugby Championship 2018.
Royal scored from six tries, three conversions and a penalty.
Trinity scored from a solitary converted try, that came in the second half.
