S. Thomas’ College, Mt. Lavinia edged out St. Anthony's College 31-29 in a Singer Schools Under-19 League Rugby Championship Group 1 'A' match played at Nittawela on Tuesday (24).
At halftime the Thomians led 24-15 as they trailed 24-29 just before fulltime, and a last minute converted try sealed a thrilling win.
They scored from a total of five tries and three conversions.
The Anthonians scored from five tries and two conversions.
