Wesley College recorded a stunning 22-15 win against favourites Isipathana College to win the quarterfinal match of the Milo Presidents Cup Knockout Rugby Championship played at the Sugathadasa Stadium on Monday (18).
Wesley led 10-8 at halftime and went on to score from three tries, two conversions and a penalty to secure a well-earned win.
Isipathana scored from two tries, a conversion and a penalty.
Wesley will meet St. Peter's in the semi-final clash of the tourney on Sunday at the Sugathadasa Stadium.
