The final score will definitely not give a clear picture on how the game went on, but it was a tough battle before Science College romped home 11-7 against Wesley College in their Singer Schools Under-20 League Rugby Cup Championship match played at the Air Force ground in Ratmalana today (4).
Both teams played clever rugby but committed mistakes galore as Science took a slender 5-0 lead at halftime through an unconverted try.
They added six more points to the tally through two penalties.
Wesley almost took the lead at some instances and scored from a solitary converted try.
