Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA) & Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB), and SL Army (SLA) and SL Air Force (SLAF) qualified for the Men's and Women's finals respectively, of the Munchee National Super League Volleyball Tournament, conducted by the Sri Lanka Volleyball Federation, at the National Youth Service Council (NYSC) Indoor Courts.
In the Men’s tournament, in the first semifinal CEB beat MAS Li 3-2 (25-17, 25-10, 27-29, 18-25, 15-9).
In the second semifinal SLPA beat SLA 3-1 (25-23, 28-26, 23-25, 25-19).
In the Women’s tournament, in the first semifinal SLAF beat MAS CL 3-0 (25-17, 25-18, 25-18).
In the second semifinal SLA beat SL Navy 3-0 (25-21, 25-16, 25-20).
In the Men’s tournament 8 teams and in the Women’s competition 16 teams participated.
The finals will take place on December 15 at the NYSC Courts, Maharagama.
