Sri Lanka will field three teams at the Commonwealth Weightlifting Championship, which is scheduled to held in Samoa from June 9 to 14.
The three teams representing Sri Lanka will be at Senior, Youth and Junior categories where a total of 16 weightlifters are included.
Chinthana Geethal Vidanage, Indika Dissanayake and Hansani Gomes will be among top contenders for Sri Lanka.
The Commonwealth Weightlifting Championship is also part of selection trial for the forthcoming Olympic Games 2020 in Tokyo.
