The government’s decision to increase electricity tariffs by an average 75 percent has triggered concern among 6.7 million domestic users. Public already exhausted from fuel and gas shortages, prolonged power cuts during the past few months will now face an increased electricity bill. Businesses are planning to increase price of goods and services owing to the electricity hike.
