Long queues for both petrol and diesel were seen both in cities and outstations today as frustrated motorists complained over the severe delay in releasing fuel stocks. Many motorists claim they have been in fuel queues for days.
The Colombo–Kandy main road at Pahala Kadugannawa has been closed indefinitely after a deadly rockfall in the area that left six people dead and four others injured.
