In an interview with the Sunday Times, former minister and Leader of the National Freedom Front Wimal Weerawansa speaks on the launch of the new alliance of their seven party coalition that will take place on September 4. Mr Weerawansa also speaks on where he believes former President Gotabaya Rajapaksa went wrong and what must be done to resolve the country’s crippling economic crisis.
