Explosion heard in Afghan capital Kabul: Reuters witnesses
KABUL (Reuters) - An explosion was heard in Kabul on Wednesday, Reuters witnesses said, as the Afghan capital celebrated the Nawruz holiday marking the start of the Persian new year.
There was no immediate word on the cause of the blast or any damage or casualties.
