His match bag of 12 for 70 enabled Colts to record a four wicket win in the process helping them to their fourth outright victory of the season.
Colts were home with more than a day to spare as Bloomfield faltered very badly in their second innings to give the home team the edge after the morning sessions play on the second day.
Bloomfield had no answer to some splendid bowing by Sajeewa who rattled the batsmen with the visitors being able to muster only 119 from their overnight score of 46 for 3 as Sajeewa finished with impressive figures of 7 for 40 following his 5 for 30. Colts set a target of 192 though undergoing some anxious moments reached it with the loss of six wickets.

The crucial Premier Tier ‘B’ inter-club encounter between Sebastianites and Panadura played at the De Zoysa Stadium in Moratuwa was abandoned as the pitch was damaged.
