Asian Development Board (ADB) President Haruhiko Kuroda is visiting Sri Lanka this week from Wednesday, May 26 to Friday, May 28, the multilateral funding organisation said on Friday.
He will be visiting the districts of Mannar, Killinochchi and Mulaitivu for a series of events, looking at the ground situation and also hold a news briefing on May 28, ADB officials said.
The last visit by an ADB President was when Tadao Chino visited Sri Lanka in January 2005 to look at the destruction caused by the
