Asha Central Hospital closes

Asha Central Hospitals, the long-standing hospital down Horton Place built 63 years ago, shut down on May 1 and its operations moved to the new Central Hospital at Norris Canal road. The hospital has been having issues with the neigbourhood over environmental issues and when a new investor took over ownership, that company decided to move it out.
