Pavement petitions
His
'office' is the pavement outside the court complex in Hultfsdorp.
Raju Veththuvel has been at it for some 20 years in his own
entrepreneurial way. He types correspondence for those involved
in litigation and also works as a translator - offering his
skills in a niche market in much the same way as many other
