Oktoberfest:German fiesta in Colombo
‘Oktoberfest’, the biggest October Beer party in Colombo will kick off on October 23 and go on until November 1 at the Hilton Colombo’s Sports Centre Car Park.

The typical German beer festival will serve delicious German delicacies and lots and lots of beer for revellers to gulp down under a stylishly enlarged marquee. The highlight of the event would be of course the 60 foot bar and 13 speciality draught beers by ‘3 Coins Beer’ Company.

“Among them will be the stars of the previous year, the refreshing Kolsch and the crisp Oktoberfest brew especially for the beer Aficionados” a spokespearson of the hotel said.

The Bavarian band all the way from Germany will keep party spirit high through-out the period. The buffet is priced at Rs. 875/- plus and there will be a happy hour from 10.00pm to11.00 pm (Sunday to Thursday)
