Stockmarket awareness seminar on construction cluster

The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) in association with the Chamber of Construction Industries will hold an awareness seminar for chairmen, directors and professionals in the construction industry on October 26 at the Galadari Hotel.

The seminar aims to attract companies in the construction sector to list on the CSE and also to encourage construction industry professionals to invest in the stock market, the CSE said.

The programme will include presentations by Nihal Fonseka, Chairman of the CSE, Gamini Wickremasinghe, Chairman of the Securities & Exchange Commission, Dakshitha Thalgodapitiya, CEO/Secretary General of the Chamber of Construction Industries, Vajira Kulatilaka, Director/CEO, NDB Investment Bank Ltd and Deva Ellepola, CEO of HNB Stockbrokers (Pvt) Ltd.
