Ball rolls for Sam the Man

Nihal Samarasinghe popularly known as 'Sam the Man' together with his band comes alive every Thursday evening at the Lobby of the Taj Samudra Hotel commencing 7.00 p.m.

On Sundays, it's 'Sunset with Sam' at the Terrace of the Mount Lavinia Hotel commencing 6.00 p.m. Also he performs at the California Grill accompanied by the Ernest Francis Combo on Fridays and Saturdays.

The Cambrians Sing-Along will come alive with Sam at the BMICH on July 14. 'I have a very young group at musicians who play the very latest music - but they are very keen to learn the perennial favourites of the days gone by' he said.

This enables Sam to provide music both for the young and the old at any occasion.
