Welcome the idea. But are we pragmatists, or are we seeing the forest without the trees, as the famous and influential management thinker Peter Drucker wrote. Nearly four decades of negligence of English cannot be righted in a fortnight.
The only way out is to have competent teachers to teach English in all schools, without any discrimination, from the beginning. Only then can we lay a strong foundation for better English. The English Language has become a sine qua non in the modern world.
