Tillekeratne Dilshan who had a very successful run as an opening batsman for Sri Lanka in the recent past was adjudged the ‘CEAT Cricketer of the year’ by Sri Lanka Cricket in an glittering ceremony held at the Water’s Edge on Friday. Earlier the ICC feted him with the international ‘T20 Player of the Year’ award.

Besides the main award also recognised at this event were the best performers in various categories of Premier League Tier ‘A’ and ‘B’ and also the best performers in Women’s cricket.
