Appointed Military Spokesman again

Brigadier Prasad Samarasinghe is to be appointed the new Military Spokesman at the Media Centre for National Security.

He served a stint at that post before Brigadier Udaya Nanayakkara took over. Brig. Nanayakkara is to be appointed Chief Field Engineer.
