A felicitation ceremony for the artistes of the film ‘Uththara’ will be held in Matale on February 22.
Organised by Dr. Jayasena Beligala and Panhinda Education Institute, the cast and the technical crew of the film that is being screened now will be felicitated at a ceremony held at 9 am.
Produced by attorney Vajira Rajapaksa, ‘Uththara’ is directed by Sandun Rajakaruna and stars Suraj Mapa, Hashini Gonagala, Sanath Gunatileke, Upeksha Swarnamali, Janith Wickramage, Sahan Ranwala, Sarath Chandrasiri, Anton Jude, Shan Bandu Weerasinghe, Daya Alwis, Maureen Charuni, Vishaka Siriwardena, Rebecca Nirmalee and Kumara Thirimadura.
The technical crew include Chandana Dharmapriya as cinematographer, Chamikara Bokaragoda as the art director, Narada Dhananji Thotagamuwa as the make-up artiste and Manjula Prasanga as the assistant director. |
