The Culinary Art Competition of Sri Lanka was held recently at the BMICH, and 1600 chefs from various hotels, bakeries and restaurants took part at this event.
The culinary team of The-Blue-Water, Wadduwa, won 17 medals from 20 events participated, completing another successful competition.
The-Blue-Water culinary team was led by the Executive Chef – Nihal Nandasiri and the Exexutive Sous Chefs – Namal Wijeratne and Jagath Seneviratne.
