GOH savours Pilipino flavours

One of the country’s oldest and reputed hotels, Grand Oriental Hotel well known as GOH will bring the taste of mouth watering Philippine foods during its Philippines Food Festival from July 19 to 25, 2010.

Delicious typical dishes specially prepared by well-known Filipino chef Ramon Antonio which would be served at the Harbour Room with a fascinating view of the harbour which could be an unforgettable experience for families and couples who love the far eastern foods.

During the week long festival, GOH also will honour Dr. Jose Rizal, the national hero of the Philippines by dedicating a suite of room room under his name. Dr. Rizal has occupied this room long time ago, this suite of room will be available for exhibition for all the dinners during the Philippines Food Festival week. While enjoying the live music of Warren and Rocette and Feedback with Asela Fernando, the guests are also invited to enjoy a variety of entertainments including bewildering magic shows.

GOH also will play a vital part at the Spice Food festival at Hawkers street with a variety of spicy foods prepared according to Hong Kong and Chinese menus on July 19.
