Hasala Abilasha Pathirana of Ananda College Colombo did well to establish two meet records at the Under 16 (Boys) -7th Gampaha District Swimming Meet Organized by Regent International Collage Gampaha.

Pathirana won the 50m back stroke-1st Place {Gold} with a timing of 32.62secs which was a new meet record. Then he once again took the pool by storm to take the 50m Free Style - 1st Place {Gold} in 27.76sec- which also was a new meet record.
Finally he ended the day taking the third place in the 50m Butterfly stroke event to take the under 16 Gampaha district champion’s title.
