Three new labels with an Italian touch - Classico, Dolce Vita and Platino designed by Roberto Inglesi under the Emerald brand entered the local market at a fashion show held at the Cinnamon Lakeside recently, the designer himself being present to witness the launch.
Avirate going places
The styles are created by a London-based designer, the garments are all Sri Lankan- made and retailed in major fashion capitals. With its stylish and contemporary feel, Avirate has hit the local market with a bang ever since the opening of its trendy new store at Maitland Crescent.

An Indian affair
The Indian Film Festival held this week at the National Film Corporation showcasing many of the great Hindi films of recent years, began with an evening reception for invitees, both from the film world and other fields.
