The Young exceptionally talented Akalanka Peiris, of St. Peter's College, is definitely a swimming prodigy. Already at under 12 age category in the all island inter school swimming meets that were worked our recently he has established four National Records.

In three of these National Swimming Meets he was brilliant enough to covet the Under 12 age category Championship Trophy. He is the first Peterite to be crowned as the Triple Champion. This exceptionally, excellent swimmer Master Akalanka Peiris' achievements are listed below.
