Thomian Old Boys Cricket Sixes on No. 19

The Annual Thomian Inter-Collegiate Soft Ball Cricket Sixes, for the Old Boys, organized by the STC Mount Lavinia Class of 1990, will be held on Saturday, November 19 at the Mercantile Cricket Association Grounds, Colombo 7 (Vidya Mawatha behind SSC). This year, for the first time, the event will a Day/Night Tournament commencing at 11 am.

The Cricket 6’s has become a resounding success and a most looked-forward-to event by all old Thomians. The past three competitions attracted a sell-out 32 old boy teams, from Class Groups ranging from the 1970s to 2008 which included Thomians from Mt. Lavinia, Prep - Kollupitiya, Guruthalawa and Bandarawela attracting over 2,000 old boys, family members, well-wishers and other spectators who add glamour and colour to these proceedings. Funds from this year’s event will be used to introduce Archery at College.
