More than 85 % of the respondents in a Business Times (BT) email poll this week on channelled practice say private hospitals should have public notices specifying minimum waiting times (for the doctor) and minimum time spent per patient.
Sri Lankans often spend hours to see a consultant and when they do, little time is spent by the specialist in the examination and analysis.
