The outgoing Captain Sanjiv Vairawanathan played consisten Golf and closed the gap with Sachin and all but caught him to be Ranked # 2 with a deficit of only 100 points! It was a fitting result with the most promising future prospect Sachin at # 1 and seasoned campaigners including David Evans, Nirmal Hettiarachchi, Sheron Fernando and other new and familiar faces completing the competition.
In the Nett Standings Afflli Rahim overtook Sachin who was leading the Nett standings too at the halfway stage and playing consistent Golf held on to a 100 point lead to take the # 1 Spot in the Nett Grand-Prix.
