Happy Mind, Sri Lanka’s largest e-counselling platform, has announced the launch of its Corporate E-Counselling Solution (CES), providing critical mental health support to employees. Officially introduced on June 1, CES aims to deliver confidential, convenient, and stigma-free mental health services to the corporate sector, the company said in a media release.
With over 20 experienced mental health professionals, including counsellors, psychologists, and alternative therapists, Happy Mind’s CES is designed to address the growing mental health needs of the workforce. The platform ensures that the entire process, from booking an appointment to having the session, is conducted online through a secure platform accessible via mobile or computer.
Kushan Randeni, CEO of Happy Mind, highlights the significance of this initiative: "This innovative platform will empower companies to prioritise the mental well-being of their employees by providing them with confidential access to experienced mental health professionals. In today’s demanding work environment, employee mental health is more critical than ever before. Happy Mind CES offers a convenient and stigma-free way for employees to get the support they need to thrive both personally and professionally.”
Key features of the Happy Mind CES include
- Confidential Access: Each employee receives a private e-counselling account with international-level data protection and security.
- Flexible Counsellor Selection: Employers can select counsellors that align with the company’s budget and culture, making it easier to provide tailored mental health support.
- Appointment Caps: Employers can set monthly appointment caps for employees, with the flexibility to adjust caps for individual needs, ensuring prioritised care.
- Transparent Pricing: Companies only pay for the services they use, with no hidden fees or onboarding charges.
- Convenient Booking: Employees can book appointments by themselves up to their account’s monthly cap, giving them access to mental health support whenever they need it.
The CES is a significant advancement in corporate mental health services in Sri Lanka. By offering critical support, the platform aims to enhance employee productivity, reduce absenteeism, and foster a healthier, more engaged workforce. Happy Mind offers a straightforward onboarding process for companies interested in implementing CES for their employees.
