NDB hosts customer engagement forum in Jaffna

NDB Bank recently hosted a Customer Engagement Forum at the North Gate Hotel, Jaffna bringing together 100 invitees, including the bank’s top-tier clientele, SMEs, and aspiring exporters, fostering a dynamic platform for networking, learning, and growth.  

 

With the aim of further strengthening its relationships with customers in the northern region, the forum also featured key members of NDB’s senior leadership team, including CEO Kelum Edirisinghe, Senior Vice President of Personal Banking & Customer Experience - Sanjaya Perera, Vice President of Business Banking - Indika Ranaweera, Vice President, Retail Banking - Zeyan Hameed and Vice President, Chief Risk Officer - Alex Perera, the bank said in a media releas.

 

In addition to offering valuable networking opportunities, the forum featured a comprehensive awareness session, showcasing NDB’s extensive portfolio of financial solutions tailored to meet the diverse requirements of its customers. From innovative lending solutions to export financing options, the event served as a platform to educate and empower attendees on how NDB’s services can support their business ambitions and drive sustainable growth.
