The SL Institute of Confectionery & Culinary Arts proudly hosted its Annual Graduation Ceremony on 15th June 2025 at Cinnamon Lakeside Hotel, Colombo, in conjunction with the 3rd edition of the Asia Cake Oscars 2025 under the dynamic leadership of Deshamaniya Dr Fathima Rushda Najumudeen.

The celebrations commenced with a vibrant exhibition and live competition on 14th June 2025 at Hotel Ramada Colombo, showcasing over 200 creative exhibits in the fields of confectionery and culinary arts. A distinguished panel of international judges evaluated the entries and selected the best among them, setting high standards for creativity and craftsmanship.

On graduation day, more than 100 students were conferred with Diplomas and bachelor's degrees in hospitality management, marking a significant milestone in their professional journeys. The event also celebrated the achievements of 42 Oscar-winning artists from across Asia, who were recognized in various categories of Confectionery Arts.

Notable awardees hailed from countries including India, Maldives, Iran, and Malaysia, bringing together a vibrant community of talented professionals and artists. The Asia Cake Oscars continues to stand as a prestigious platform that honors excellence, innovation, and artistry in the confectionery and baking industry.
