Two of the best Chefs in Sri Lanka will head to the grand finals for the Bocuse D'Or Lyon, France this month.
Selected from among the local chefs and then later qualifying from the Asia Pacific region Chef Mihishan Silva of Hilton Residencies and Commis Chef Siyathma Perera of Waters Edge will represent Sri Lanka at the Olympics of the world's biggest culinary event.
This is the second time Sri Lanka qualified for the finals - the first was in 2013. (SD)
