The management and employees of Allianz Sri Lanka recently provided a High Performance Real Time Quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) machine worth Rs. 4 million to test for COVID-19, to the University Hospital of Sir John Kotelawala Defence University (KDU).
In a media statement, Gany Subramaniam, Director/CEO, Allianz Insurance Lanka Ltd said, “during challenging times like this, it is pivotal for the private sector to collaborate and extend its fullest support to the authorities to help combat the coronavirus pandemic”.
Allianz Lanka, consisting of Allianz Insurance Lanka Ltd and Allianz Life Insurance Lanka Ltd, is a fully owned subsidiary of Allianz SE (Munich, Germany) – a global financial services provider for insurance and asset management business.
