Sri Lanka Insurance has set up a donation collection centre at its head office at No. 21 Vauxhall Street, Colombo 2 to collect relief material for people affected by the floods.
Members of the public who are willing to donate can now hand over unused clothes, school books and other school equipment, medicine and dry rations or even vouchers to purchase such items at the above location. A special Mobitel hotline under the number 0702 919191 has been set by the company to provide more information, the company said on Wednesday.
