The Central Bank (CB), on behalf of the Sri Lankan Government, on Thursday said it intended to issue US$1.5 billion worth of International Sovereign Bond (ISBs) this year and invited subscriptions from the international capital markets.
In this context the CB invites proposals from banks and investment houses for consideration to be appointed as Lead Managers/Book Runners on above issuances before March 9. - ENDS -
