Sri Lanka Insurance (SLIC) in collaboration with Lanka Hospitals has unveiled a SLIC Service Counter at the Lanka Hospitals premises to enhance the accessibility of their services and to deliver customer convenience to the public.
With the opening of the SLIC Service Counter, Lanka Hospitals’ patients, guests and staff members have the opportunity to experience an array of insurance solutions provided by Sri Lanka Insurance.
The SLIC Service Counter facilitates the purchase of insurance policies, obtaining information on insurance plans, making premium payments, expediting medical insurance claims at the time of patient discharge and many other services, SLIC said in a media release.
The SLIC Service Counter at Lanka Hospitals was declared open on July 24 in the presence of the Chairman of Sri Lanka Insurance, Jagath Wellawatta, Group Chairman of Lanka Hospitals, Dr. Bandula Wijesiriwardena and other members of the board of directors and senior management of both organisations.
Reinforcing the bond further, Lanka Hospitals has got on board with Sri Lanka Insurance Motor Plus Loyalty Rewards to provide exclusive benefits for Sri Lanka Insurance Motor Plus Comprehensive Policyholders. Under the scheme SLIC Motor Plus Policyholders can avail special discounts up to 20% on medical packages by presenting their insurance card at Lanka Hospitals.
