They came in their numbers. They waited in line for hours. They embraced the new collection with so much love. This was the #PepperCommunity
Pepper St. opened its new store, late last month at Level III of the One Galle Face Mall amidst a gathering of family, friend, well-wishers, and followers eager to catch the latest collection. The new store was declared open by the fathers of founders Basith Yakoob and Dilen Fernando, paying tribute to the driving force behind the two young entrepreneurs.
Speaking at the opening ceremony the founders thanked all who came to support them. “The journey from an online store to our first store, and now today has been a strenuous one, but seeing the turn-out today is simply overwhelming.”
Among those present at the launch were national cricketer Bhanuka Rajapakse, former Miss Sri Lanka Danielle Kerkoven, fitness trainers and Founders of FHIIT Sri Lanka Yohan and Jessica Rathnayake, communications consultant Prasanna Pathmanathan, and influencers Ranshan Gomesz and Sasha Karunaratne among others.
The new Project Pepper collection introduced a world of possibilities with a classic turtleneck for men and women, a curved long-sleeve Henley, the Legacy Hoodie & Jogger 2.0 and the Play Up crop. The collection is available in store and online. For more information visit @pepperstreet.co on Instagram.
