Australian High Commissioner to Sri Lanka Bryce Hutchesson recently hosted "A Night on the Green" at the Australian Residence. The concert featured legendery Australian musician Keith Potger, who was born in Sri Lanka and was part of celebrations for this year's 70th anniversary of formal relations between Australia and Sri Lanka.
Keith Potger is one of the founding members of the legendary Australian pop-folk group "The Seekers" . The Seekers were honoured as Australians of the Year in 1967, the only group to have been given this acknowledgement.
A short while later, the official car of the Commander of the Navy, bearing plate NAHA 5006, departed from Navy House, Longdon Place, Colombo 7.
