Eat Right launches dine-in restaurant

Features

Having begun as a health food delivery business - Eat Right, has now opened an outlet where patrons can dine in. The outlet was begun in June this year.

With the growing demand from their regular delivery customers, the team behind the Eat Right firm decided to consider a restaurant. The delivery service was begun last year.

The owners of  Eat Right claim that the various food packages that have been introduced in their menu are according to the needs of diners. For instance, a diner who selects the package to reduce weight, can select any dish from the menu but the caloric value of his meal will differ from the usual one. Even a spicy Kothu can be considered as a healthy food.

Guided by the recipes of Sigrid de Silva, a Senior Dietitian, the food is prepared following exact specifications and then delivered to the diners. Different doctors have also been consulted in the preparation of the dishes.

The team at Eat Right believe that eating healthy and being on a diet does not mean to eat less. They believe the result can be evident if the diner is following their meal plan for at least a period of one week. A customer can book a week long package, which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner for Rs 7,850.

Another important feature of the restaurant as claimed by the owners is that they ensure there is very little wastage of food. With meals made on demand and even in the near future they are planning to give the excess food to the need.

With the rising fan following for the dishes, the owners have started a facebook page for the restaurant, where they will update the details of new dishes. A website launch is also on the way.
