Namal Rajapaksa shares views on Al Jazeera about Hambantota Port signing
The billion-dollar deal reached over Hambantota port, despite protests over security fears, including from India was signed over the weekend. While it is to help Sri Lanka get over its mounting debt it adds another important link in China's "New Silk Road".
