Fifteen persons suspected of vandalizing statues in Mawanella have been further remanded until August 8.
The order was issued when the case was taken up before the Mawanella Magistrate's court today (Jul 25).
Previously, 14 suspects had been arrested and were remanded in connection to the incident.
One other suspect was produced before court today.
