A 19-year old fisherman has been reported missing after drowning in the seas off Kuchchaveli yesterday (Sept 11).
Murugadas Radurshan had gone fishing with four others after their boat had capsized last morning.
Three persons had swum back to safety while the teenager had drowned.
The Police, Navy, and area residents are currently engaged in a search operation to locate the missing individual.
