The draft of the 20th Amendment to the Constitution has been gazetted.
The draft was approved by Cabinet yesterday and was sent to the Government Printer today.
Earlier, after examining the draft amendment, the Attorney General had notified the Government that it did not require the holding of a referendum and could be passed by a 2/3 Parliamentary majority.
