A total of 263 drunk drivers have been apprehended over the last 24 hours, police said today (Jul 10).
These figures had been recorded during an operation which was conducted from 6 am on July 9 to July 10.
The arrests were made as a part of a special one-month exercise which is underway to crackdown on drunk drivers.
So far, 1763 persons have been arrested since the operation began on July 5.
