At least 47 students of Lindula Raniwatta Tamil Maha Vidyalaya were admitted to the General hospital after they had breathing difficulties by possible peculiar poisoning today.
The students were subjected to a bad smell when a farmer sprayed chemical ingredients to the vegetables in the garden, which is located adjacent to the school.
Some students were fainted while others had difficulties in breathing and continuous vomiting.
