This year’s ‘Galle Dialogue’ International Maritime Conference organised by the Sri Lanka Navy, will see the participation of 55 countries, the Navy said yesterday (Oct 15).
The conference is to be held on October 21 and 22 at the Galle Face Hotel in Colombo under the theme 'Refining mindsets to address transnational maritime threats: A review of the decade'.
Ten international organizations and three Defence Units, will also attend the conference. President Maithripala Sirisena, who is the Defence Minister, will declare open the event.
